VTG 50s 60s Columbia Toy Rubber Face Bowling Ball Man Doll Figure

Up for auction I have a very cool doll or figure by Columbia Toy Products. Man with a bowling ball. This is an estate find. We just thought he was so cool. I'm not sure if he is advertising or what he was for. A bowling ball league?  He's great though. About 15" tall not including stand. He has rubber hands, bowling ball, feet and head. The rest is stuffed. He has a DWBA little pin that we're not sure if it was just put on here. His original tag is Columbia Toy Products. His outfit does have some spots and staining here and there that you can see in photos.  Rubber face is so good! He is very 50's or 60's. Wood base that he stands on has some spots. Belt is hanging loosely in the front. Please see photos for the best description!
